Nail policies
Please arrive to your appointment with clean hands and nails.
Soak-off or removal of existing products must be disclosed when booking so sufficient time can be allocated.
All health conditions, allergies, and medication must be disclosed before your appointment so I can ensure a safe and suitable service.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a £5 late fee.
Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean a cancelled appointment, and the fee may still apply.
Please follow all aftercare advice provided at your appointment to keep your nails healthy and long-lasting.
Apply cuticle oil regularly, and avoid prolonged water exposure - especially in the first 24 hours.
Wearing gloves for cleaning and household tasks is recommended to protect your nails.
Nails are jewellery, not tools. Breakages from accidents, impact or misuse are not the responsibility of Jasmine Studio, and Jasmine Studio cannot be liable for injuries or damage.
If a nail breaks within 24 hours due to a product or application issue, it’s repaired free of charge.
